Three Olivet College Players Named to the 2003 All-MIAA Basketball Teams
Three Olivet College basketball players have been named to the 2003 All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Teams. Sophomore forward Ronnie Pearson (Holly High School) has been named to the second-team All-MIAA Men’s Basketball Team. Senior forward Louisa Grill (Williamston High School) and freshman center Amanda Johnston (Mt. Morris/Genesee High School) have been selected to the second-team All-MIAA Women’s Basketball Team.

Lady Comets Defeat Kalamazoo, 78-74, in First-Round of 2003 MIAA Tournament
The Olivet College women's basketball team defeated Kalamazoo College, 78-74 in overtime, in the first-round of the 2003 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Tournament. The victory was the first-ever MIAA tournament win in school history.
