Ten Olivet College athletic teams receive MIAA Team GPA award
Ten Olivet College athletic teams have received the 2017-18 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Team GPA award. The award is presented annually to the conference teams who have a 3.30 or higher cumulative grade point average for the entire academic year.

A school record 136 Olivet College student-athletes have landed a spot on the 2017-18 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Academic Honor Roll. Olivet succeeded the 100 plateau for the fifth time in school history.

Track & field teams finish third and fourth at Olivet Quad
The Olivet College men’s and women’s track & field teams hosted Albion, Alma and Aquinas colleges for a quad meet today at the Cutler Athletic Complex and on the Kolassa Track in Olivet. The Comet men totaled 143 points to finish in third-place. The Comet women had 106 points to place fourth.

Olivet College freshman Ariel Floyd has been selected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week. She is earning the honor for the second time this season.

Men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams finish in sixth-place at MIAA Championships
The Olivet College men’s and women’s track & field teams finished sixth-place at the 2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Championships, held at the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic & Recreation Center in Angola, Indiana. The lone event champion for the Comets was Michaela Kaliniak who won the pole vault in a MIAA and school-record clearance of 10 feet and 10 inches.
