Track and field teams compete at Hillsdale “Gina” Relays
The Olivet College men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the three-day Hillsdale College “Gina” Relays.

HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Olivet College men's and women's track and field teams competed at the three-day Hillsdale College "Gina" Relays.
FOR THE MEN
- Noah Bailey took first-place in the in the triple jump with a 43 feet, 1 inch leap.
- Dewan Hawthorne won the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 55.27 seconds. The time also ranks first in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association this spring. Teammate Chris Womack ran the race in a season-best time of 55.69 seconds, which is third in the MIAA.

- Ethan Barrett – 800-meter dash (2:05.37)
- Robert Barnett, Jr. – 400-meter dash (:51.49)
- Jontavious Carter – hammer throw (131 feet, 10 inches) and shot put (36 feet, 5-3/4 inches)
- Jaden Costa – 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:55.32)
- Tyler Peck – 800-meter run (2:06.10)
- Denzel Ray – 400-meter dash (:52.30)
- Kory Slaby – hammer throw (122 feet)
- Mark Smith – 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:21.35)
- Brad Thomas – 5,000-meter run (16:48.49)
- Posting personal-best times/marks were:
- Noah Bailey – 400-meter dash (:50.20)
- Bruce Baker – 5,000-meter run (15:16.05, 30th of 133 runners)
FOR THE WOMEN
- Recording season-best times/marks were:
- Sarah Feldpausch – 400-meter dash (1:09.34)
- Ariel Floyd – shot put (36 feet, 4.75 inches)
- Madison Grace – javelin throw (86 feet, 1 inch)
- Isabelle Leon – 800-meter run (2:24.75)
- Taytum Myers – discus throw (79 feet, 7 inches)
- Mallory Ronk – shot put (29 feet, 11-1/2 inches) and discus throw (101 feet, 11 inches)
- Samantha Torres – 200-meter dash (:28.47)
- Notching personal-best times/marks were:
- Morgan Emens – hammer throw (113 feet, 1 inch)
- Madison Grace – hammer throw (130 feet, 9 inches)
- Michaela Kaliniak – pole vault (10 feet, 8-3/4 inches)
- Jessica Taylor – 400-meter hurdles (1:19.60)
