Olivet is sixth at MIAA Jamboree #4

ANGOLA, Ind. –The University of Olivet women's golf team placed sixth at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Jamboree #4, hosted by Trine (Ind.) University and played at the Zollner Golf Course.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets finished with a 356 team score to beat Kalamazoo College by three strokes.
- Saint Mary's (Ind.) College won its fourth jamboree of the year, shooting a 307 team score.
- Katelyn Tokarz from Saint Mary's carded an even par 72 to secure medalist honors.
FOR THE COMETS
- Junior Ella LaMothe shot 81 for Olivet's low score. She had 41 on the front nine and 40 on the back nine.
- Senior Rylee Honsowitz tallied 87 (43-44).
- Freshman Ryleigh Reese finished with a 91 (48-43).
- Junior Sedona Bonter had a 97.
