Bio

In the Athletic Department at Olivet College you were a “Man for All Seasons.” You were a statistician, an announcer for Football and Basketball, scorekeeper for Baseball and newspaper reporter for all athletic teams. You were honored as a senior with a letter sweater for your contribution to sports at Olivet.

After graduation you served the College as Coordinator of Church Relations. You left Olivet to attend a seminary but your talent in sports writing led you to a career as Sports Editor of the Midland Daily and Sunday News. You have served as President of the Michigan Sports Association and have been honored for your coverage on the National Fastpitch Tournaments in Midland.
