Larry, you are a very special person to Olivet College.

For more than twenty years you have given generously of your time, talents and resources to the wrestling team, to the other athletic programs and to the college family at large. You have also given the same consideration to your home community of Charlotte.

You took it upon yourself as an avid fan to contribute to the wrestling program as a statistician and the main man of transportation. You were always in the corner with the wrestlers and Coach Jare Klein, providing a big and welcome shoulder for Coach Klein to lean on. Consequently, you are affectionately known as "Dad Towe."

Your Christian attitude has been a strong, settling influence on the young men you have been associated with: "Love ya, Larry."

We applaud your undying support and your sense of individual and social responsibility and formally induct you into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame on this twenty-second day of September 2001.
