Bio

You were a member of the football team where you played on the offensive line. You also played basketball for two seasons.

In football, you earned three varsity letters and were All-MIAA in 1967. After earning letters in your freshman and sophomore seasons in basketball, you were asked to stay with the team and serve as the coach for the freshman team.

You were active on campus as a member of the Adelphic Alpha Pi fraternity. You also were an assistant in the Math Department for two years and a resident hall advisor for one year.

After graduating from Olivet, you earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from Michigan State University.

You have more than 15 years of experience in higher education along with more than 20 years in business and industry. Your higher education work includes time as an admissions officer and assistant dean of students at Olivet College. You were also Dean of Students and/or Academic Dean at three different community colleges in Michigan. In the private sector, you have served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at numerous companies across the country.

Olivet honors you and is proud to induct you into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame on this 13th day of September, 2008.
