Bio

You were a four-year starter on the baseball team and played in 142 games for the Comets. You were an All-MIAA First Team selection in 2004, 2005 and 2007, and an American Baseball Coaches Association All-Mideast Region Second Team honoree in 2005.

You are Olivet’s career leader for nearly every offensive statistical category, including .385 batting average, .613 slugging percentage, .459 on-base percentage, 122 runs scored, 185 base hits, 38 doubles, 19 home runs, 284 total bases and 109 RBI. In addition, you rank first on the Olivet single-season ledger with an .855 slugging percentage, 14 home runs, 112 total bases and 46 RBI. You still also hold the MIAA single-season record with nine home runs in league contests during the 2005 season. Your best game in a Comet uniform was against Tri-State University on April 2, 2005, when you hit three home runs, drove in 10 runs and collected 14 total bases to break the single-game school record in those categories.

Off the baseball field, you were a member of Kappa Sigma Alpha. You served in every position on the executive board.

You currently live in Marshall, Michigan, and work as a Medicare insurance agent for Diversity Insurance.

Olivet honors you and is proud to induct you into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame on this 8th day of October, 2021.
