Bio
Won 11 Varsity Letters; on All-State football and track teams four
years and basketball two years; high point track and field man in
MIAA, two years; coached Olivet’s MIAA championship track
team in his senior year; captained MIAA football and basketball
teams, 1913-14. His lengthy career in coaching, until retired in
1961, included Olympic competition. He saw his teams take 11
Mid-American and 9 Buckeye championships.
