Bio

You were a three-year letterwinner on the offensive line for the football team. You were named to the 2004 and 2005 All-MIAA First Team. You helped block for the Comet Wing-T offense, which broke the NCAA Division III single-game record with 670 rushing yards against Ohio Wesleyan University. In that game, Olivet also set single-game school records with 78 points, 695 total yards, 89 rushing attempts, 10 rushing touchdowns, 11 total touchdowns and 33 first downs. With that offense, Olivet also achieved single-season benchmarks in 2004 with 4,171 rushing yards, 458 points, 4,931 total yards, 692 rushing attempts and 53 rushing touchdowns.

During your time at Olivet, you were also a member of Kappa Sigma Alpha.

Since your time at Olivet, you futhered your education to earn a master’s degree in engineering from University of Alabama in 2015. You currently live in Ada, Michigan, and serve as an assistant professor of residential construction at Grand Rapids Community College.

Olivet honors you and is proud to induct you into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame on this 8th day of October, 2021.
