Women’s cross country team places 29th at NCAA Great Lakes Regional

The Olivet College women’s cross country team ended its season with a 29th-place finish this morning at the 2015 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet, held at the Lavern Gibson Championships Course in Terra Haute, Indiana.

TERRA HAUTE, Ind. – The Olivet College women's cross country team ended its season with a 29th-place finish this morning at the 2015 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet, held at the Lavern Gibson Championships Course in Terra Haute, Indiana.

The Comets had 815 points to finish ahead of four other schools, including Adrian College. Hope College was the regional champion with 112 points, followed by Calvin College with 124 points.

Junior Allyson Schultz was the top finisher for Olivet. She placed 43rd of 243 runners with a time of 23:10.4. Senior Danielle Marsh was next at 26:10.5, followed by freshmen Zoe Feighner and Nicole Sebok at 26:32.5 and 26:53.6, respectively.
