Jeffries leads UOlivet at Hillsdale Tune-Up

HILLSDALE, Mich. – Sophomore Morgan Jeffries posted two personal-best performances to lead The University of Olivet women's indoor track and field team today at the Hillsdale College Tune-Up. Overall, the Comets recorded three personal-best and five season-best performances.
FOR THE COMETS
- Sophomore Morgan Jeffries ran the 60-meter dash in 8.14 seconds and 400-meter run in 1:03.04 for her personal bests. The times also rank third and sixth in UOlivet history.
- The other personal best was turned in by senior Sarah Grove in the mile run at 5:40.30, which ranks fifth in school history.
- Posting season-best marks were:
- Sophomore Taylor Facca in the 800-meter run (2:49.22)
- Freshman Aurali Garcia in the high jump (4 feet, 9-3/4 inches)
- Freshman Kelah Hodge in the pole vault (8 feet, 11 inches). The mark is fifth in UOlivet history.
- Freshman Adalynn Rumsey in the long jump (15 feet, 5 inches). The mark moves her up to fifth all-time at Olivet.
- Sophomore Angel Wilson in the 60-meter dash (10.20)

- Olivet competes at the 2025 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships next Saturday, March 1. Trine (Ind.) University is the host school.
