Women’s track and field team takes third at Comet Tune-up
OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College women’s track and field team took third-place at the 2021 Comet Tune-up this afternoon on the Kolassa Track and inside the Cutler Athletic Complex.

OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College women's track and field team took third-place at the 2021 Comet Tune-up this afternoon on the Kolassa Track and inside the Cutler Athletic Complex.
- Junior Lillian Albaugh was the lone Comet to win an event, as she was first in the shot put with a season-best throw of 40 feet, 8-1/4 inches. Albaugh also posted a season-best mark of 92 feet, 10 inches in the javelin.
- Sophomore Rachel Swartz placed second in the high jump, clearing the bar at a season-best mark of 4 feet, 9-1/2 inches.
- Freshman Taylor Wilsey finished in second-place in the long jump, leaping 14 feet, 10-1/2 inches.
- Freshman Allyson Stevens completed the 400-meter dash in a season-best time of 1:07.46.

- Olivet competes at the 2021 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Field Day next Thursday and Friday, May 6-7. Alma College is the host school.
