Olivet College’s Barber tabbed MIAA Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors
Olivet College sophomore Kimberly Barber has been tabbed the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

FREELAND, Mich. – Olivet College sophomore Kimberly Barber has been tabbed the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Barber placed third in the 60-meter dash at the Defiance-Dick Small Invitational. Her time of 8.12 seconds in the finals broke the school record and is currently tied for second among MIAA student-athletes. She also set a school record in the triple jump (33 feet, 10 inches) and won the long jump (16 feet, 10-3/4 inches).
The Comets are back in action Saturday at the Hillsdale College Tune-up.
