FERRUM, Va. – The University of Olivet men's tennis team won an 8-1 decision over Ferrum (Va.) College in the first of three spring break matches today at the Burrows-Skeens Tennis Courts.
- Final Score: Olivet 8, Ferrum 1

- Records: Olivet 2-4 overall, Ferrum 0-6 overall
- The Panthers had only five players, so the Comets picked-up default wins at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles.
- Olivet won the two contested doubles flights and four of the five contested singles flights.
- Freshmen Kayden Alli and Rylee Lewis posted an 8-2 win at No. 1 doubles.
- Freshman Madison Golden and sophomore Leah Hopkins won 8-3 at No. 2 doubles.
- Freshman Jordan West did not lose any games to win 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles.
- Lewis had identical 6-4 set scores to win in straight sets at No. 2 singles.
- Alli recorded a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles.
- Golden snagged a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles.
