GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Olivet women's soccer team fell to Calvin University, 8-0, in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) contest today at the Calvin Soccer Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The Knights netted five goals in the first half and three more in the second half for the 8-0 final score. Mia Judd scored two goals, while six other players each had one. Elle Farrell had one goal and two assists for four points. Mikaela Waroway also tallied two assists.

FOR THE COMETS

  • Olivet had just one shot by junior Jennie Underwood.
  • Senior Sarah Willard was in between the pipes for the entire game and collected 17 saves, which ties for the fourth-most in a game since the 2004 season. She also has 270 career saves, the second-most by a UOlivet player in the last 20 years.
