Women's soccer team ends season with 3-1 loss at Calvin
The Olivet College women's soccer team ended its season with a 3-1 loss at Calvin College today in the quarterfinals of the 2007 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Tournament.

The Olivet College women's soccer team ended its season with a 3-1 loss at Calvin College today in the quarterfinals of the 2007 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Tournament. The Knights advance to the semifinals Tuesday afternoon against Hope College.
Calvin scored the first three goals of the game. The Comets got on the scoreboard with 26 seconds left in the game when freshman Katie Koralewski (Sterling Heights/Stevenson) ripped a shot into the goal from 18 yards out. The goal was only the second allowed by the Knights in conference play this year.
The Knights finished the game with a 35-2 advantage in shots. Freshman Sarah Westen (Grand Ledge) played the first 75:31 in goal and made eight saves. Freshman keeper Leanne Scudder (St. Joseph/Lakeshore) saw action for the final 14:29 and collected four saves.
Olivet concludes the 2007 season with a 6-9-3 overall record.
