The Olivet College women’s soccer team fell to Calvin College, 2-0, today at Zuidema Field in Grand Rapids. The Knights entered the game ranked No. 19 in the latest NSCAA/adidas® Division III Top-25 poll.

The Olivet College women's soccer team fell to Calvin College, 2-0, today at Zuidema Field in Grand Rapids. The Knights entered the game ranked No. 19 in the latest NSCAA/adidas® Division III Top-25 poll.
The Comet defense kept Calvin off the scoreboard until there was 14:09 left in the second half. The Knights added an insurance goal just over 10 minutes later.
Calvin sent 29 shots towards the goal to just one for Olivet by senior Natalie Lopez (Holland/ West Ottawa). Freshman keeper Sarah Westen (Grand Ledge) played the entire game and made 11 saves.
The Comets will wrap-up their regular season schedule Saturday when they travel to play Alma College at noon.
