Women’s golf team wins Friendly Dual at Sultan’s Run

JASPER, Ind. – The Olivet College women's golf team took first-place at the Friendly Dual at Sultan's Run Golf Course, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) College.

Par / Yardage: 72 / 5,811 yards
- The two rounds were scored as separate 18-hole tournaments. In Saturday's first round, the Comets posted a 389 team score. Olivet shaved off 14 strokes off their team score in today's second with a 375. Franklin shot a 404 on Saturday, and a 389 today.
- Jaley Schlosser was the medalist for both rounds with a 90 on Saturday and 85 today.
- In Saturday's round, freshman Rayna Honsowitz placed second in the player standings with a 95. Junior Rachel Webb was next in third-place with a 96. Junior Logan McLane and sophomore Aynslee Myer carded a 98 and 100, respectively.
- In today's round, Honsowitz and Myer shared second-place in the player standings with matching 89s. McLane shot one stroke better with a 97. Webb and freshman Jenna Otten had 100s.
- Olivet plays in the first Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association jamboree next Saturday, March 27 at the Zollner Golf Course in Angola, Indiana.
