ANGOLA, Ind. – The Olivet College women's basketball team dropped an 81-34 decision to Trine (Ind.) University in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) contest this afternoon inside the MTI Center.

- Records: Olivet 2-7 overall, 1-2 MIAA; Trine 6-2 overall, 3-0 MIAA
- The Thunder led 20-6 at the end of the first quarter, 46-16 at halftime, and 63-23 at the conclusion of the third quarter.
- Sophomore Clara Shoales scored a team-best eight points.
- Junior Madison Bailey and freshman Kinsley Hatfield each scored six points.
- Hatfield and freshman Megan Mauney shared game-high honors with six rebounds apiece.
- Addison Hutson and Katie Tate tallied 11 points each.
- Abby Sanner was next with 10 points.
- Katie Sloneker, Alexis Snodgrass and Sidney Wagner pulled down five rebounds apiece.
- Alyssa Argyle dished out five assists.
- Olivet is on the road in Bexley, Ohio, next Wednesday, December 14, to play Capital University. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. from the Capital Center.
