Sophomore Jeremy Shephard (Kalamazoo Mattawan High School) led the Fighting Comets as he covered the 8K course in 27:46. He was followed by junior Chad Kaiser (Lachine Alpena High School) in 28:21, sophomore Dan Kimball (National City/Oscoda High School) in 28:55, sophomore Andrew Lapham (South Lyon High School) in 29:01, sophomore Jeremy Van Loon (Ravenna Grant High School) in 29:13, Preston Dahlgren in 30:02 and junior Kevin Kreh (Kinde Huron High School) in 30:56.
Sophomore Rebecca Dawson (Williamsburg/Elk Rapids High School) covered the 6K course in 25:57 to lead the Lady Comets. She was followed by sophomore Rachel Strelecki (Sterling/Standish-Sterling High School) in 28:21, freshman Jessica Pletz (Lake Farwell High School) in 29:35, freshman Mehgan Sanson (Brown City High School) in 29:57 and senior Larissa Kequom (Charlotte High School) in 30:41.
Olivet will next run on Saturday, Oct. 18 when it participates in the Ohio Northern University Invitational in Ada, Ohio.
