Ray competes at U of M’s Len Paddock Invitational
Olivet College freshman David Ray (Lansing/Eastern) competed today at the University of Michigan’s Len Paddock Invitational. He competed with the intentions of lowering his NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 110-meter high hurdles, and he did just that. He ran the race 14.75 seconds, which also broke his own school record

Olivet College freshman David Ray (Lansing/Eastern) competed today at the University of Michigan's Len Paddock Invitational. He competed with the intentions of lowering his NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 110-meter high hurdles, and he did just that. He ran the race 14.75 seconds, which also broke his own school record.
Ray's time moves him into a tie for the 12th spot in the latest performance list. He will find out next Sunday, May 17, if his time will get him into the field for the NCAA Division III National Track and Field Championships May 21-23 at Marietta (Ohio) College.
