Men’s swimming teams drops 160-75 decision to Kalamazoo
OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College men’s swimming team fell to Kalamazoo College, 160-75, this afternoon at the Upton Center Pool in Olivet.

OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College men's swimming team fell to Kalamazoo College, 160-75, this afternoon at the Upton Center Pool in Olivet.
- Sophomore Takato Timmerman won the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.46) and took second-place in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:20.54).
- Sophomore Parker Brown was the first swimmer to finish in the 500-yard freestyle. He out-touched the second-place swimmer by .13 seconds, 5:14.80 to 5:14.93.
- Sophomore Carter Moore placed second in 200-yard freestyle (1:55.54).
- Sophomore Chris Smith touched the wall second in the 50-yard freestyle (:24.36).
- The Comets travel to Grand Rapids to compete against Calvin University and Albion College next Saturday, February 13. Action at the Venema Aquatic Center starts at 1 p.m.
