Meisner misses cut in 100 breast

Olivet College sophomore Dustin Meisner (Temperance/Erie Mason) failed to advance to the finals of the 100-yard breaststroke at the 2006 NCAA Division III Men's Swimming National Championships at the University of Minnesota.

Meisner's preliminary time of 58.16 seconds was 19th fastest, and only the top 16 will compete in the finals. He will swim in the 200-yard breaststroke tomorrow afternoon. Prelims will begin at 11 a.m. CT.
