The Olivet College men's soccer began Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) play with a 2-0 loss today at Trine (Ind.) University.
The Thunder scored their first goal in the 25th minute and iced the game with a penalty kick goal in the 80th minute. Each team finished with seven shots. Freshman Chase Anthes (Ludington) led the Comets with three shots. Sophomore Ethan Felsing (Mason) played all 90 minutes in goal and made two saves.
Olivet will host Hope College Saturday at 2 p.m.
