Men’s golf team shoots season-best 326 at Aquinas Invitational
WYOMING, Mich. – The Olivet College men’s golf team posted a season-best team score to place eighth at the Aquinas Invitational. The 18-hole tournament took place at the LE Kauffman Golf Course.

WYOMING, Mich. – The Olivet College men's golf team posted a season-best team score to place eighth at the Aquinas Invitational. The 18-hole tournament took place at the LE Kauffman Golf Course.

- Olivet's 326 team score was a season-best to beat the previous best by eight strokes.
- Hope College won the team title with an even par 288.
- Three golfers from Hope finished in the top three of the player standings. Liam Casey was first at three-under par 69, followed by Jack Crawford in second at one-under par 71 and Will Robson tied for third with a one-over par 73.
- Senior Wes Darrow shared 10th-place in the player standings with a 76.
- Sophomore Connor Jewell carded a season-best 83.
- Freshman Mitchell Bair-Pollard also shot an 83.
- Junior Liam Carter finished his round in 84 strokes.
- Junior Blake McLane posted an 89.
- Olivet starts Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play next Monday, September 26, at the first jamboree. Hope College is the host school and it takes place at the Wuskowhan Players Club in West Olive.
