Bio

Jeremiah Williams is in his third season as an assistant men's basketball coach at Olivet College in 2019-20.

Williams earned an associate's degree in business management from Vincennes (Ind.) University in 2013 before completing a bachelor's degree in communications/digital media from Canisius (N.Y.) College in 2015.

At Vincennes, he led the Trailblazer men's basketball team to a 31-3 record in 2011-12 and 37-4 mark in 2012-13. In addition, the 2012-13 team won a regional title and finished third in the NJCAA National Tournament. Vincennes was ranked as high as No. 2 in the NJCAA poll.

Williams played two full seasons of basketball at NCAA Division I Canisius. During his senior season, 2014-15, he was named the team's Defensive Player of the Year. Williams helped the Golden Griffins advance to the quarterfinals of the CIT.

Upon graduating from Canisius, Williams signed a rookie contract to play in the summer league and training camp for the NBA's Toronto Raptors. Later from December 2016 through March 2017, he was an athlete/coach for Wellington Basketball Club of the Canadian Basketball League. Williams played in 12 games. While in college, he served as a coach for the McCracken Summer Basketball camps.
