Bio

Mike Rodocker is in his third season as an assistant varsity coach for the Olivet College men’s basketball program.

Rodocker played basketball at nearby Charlotte High School from 1984-87. He played two years for legendary Coach Jerry Ernst.

In 2004, Rodocker began his basketball coaching career at Potterville High School, serving as the freshmen boys’ coach. After one season, he was promoted to head varsity coach. Rodocker held that position from 2005-2011. After that, he served as the head junior varsity coach at Charlotte High School from 2011-2014. In the fall of 2014, Rodocker became the assistant varsity coach under Steve Ernst.

He is thankful to the entire Ernst family as they basically taught him everything he knows in both playing the game but also teaching and coaching it.
