Men’s basketball team tripped up by Coe, 74-56, at Radio City Classic

- The Comets led by 9-2 after junior Ryan Bart drained back-to-back three-pointers and senior Noah Wiswary made a triple in an 80-second span. The Kohawks came back with an 8-0 run to take their first lead, 10-9. Olivet answered with a trey by sophomore Lorris Upshaw and a jumper by freshman Haidyn Garrison to regain a four-point lead, 14-10, at the 14:42 mark of the opening half.
- A 9-0 Coe run made the score 19-14 around the midpoint of the half. Bart connected on another three-pointer to close the gap to two points. The Kohawks extended their lead to 15 points twice. After the last time at 36-21, seniors Tevin Ali and Derrick Johnson each made a three-pointer for either team's only points of the half to make the score 36-27 at the break. That would be as close as the Comets would get for the rest of the game.
- Olivet did not have any players score in double figures.
- Bart and Upshaw scored nine points apiece.
