Because of the limited number of teams participating and games played during the pandemic, no players or coach of the year were named for 2020-21. The 2020-21 All-Region team is drawn from all regions, encompassing the top players who were not named to the All-America team.
The 2020-21 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Most Valuable Defensive Player, Heart-Wilkins started each of the four games for the Comets at defensive end. He recorded 19 total tackles. Of the 19 stops, 8.5 were for loss, with five quarterback sacks. Heart-Wilkins recovered two fumbles and forced one.
Sikkema started the first three games at right guard before sliding over to start at center in the final game. He and Young blocked for an offense, which averaged nearly 397.8 yards and 27.5 points per game. A two-time All-MIAA selection at tight end, Young caught 13 passes for 147 yards.
