OLIVET, Mich. – The University of Olivet baseball team was shutout by Adrian College, 10-0, in the first game of a weekend Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) series this afternoon at the Cutler Athletic Complex.
- Final Score: Adrian 10, Olivet 0

- Records: Olivet 7-15 overall, 1-4 MIAA; Adrian 12-8 overall, 3-1 MIAA
- The Bulldogs used two-out rallies to score two runs in the first inning and four unearned runs in the third inning to take a 6-0 lead. Adrian added three runs in the seventh and one run in the eighth to post the 10-0 victory.
- Olivet finished the game with only three hits – singles by senior Gabriel Kirck, freshman Austin Alflen and junior Ethan VanLannen.
- On the mound, senior Keegan Kuha suffered the loss. He gave up the first six runs on nine hits over the first six innings.
- The weekend series will finish tomorrow with a doubleheader at Nicolay Field in Adrian, starting at 1 p.m.
