UOlivet places third and eighth at Scotty Classic

JAXSON, Mich. – The University of Olivet women's and men's bowling teams placed third and eighth at the Scotty Classic, held at JAX 60.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Comet women were third of nine teams, while the Comet men were eighth out of 14 teams.

FOR THE COMET WOMEN

• Sophomore Della Ancel finished fifth and landed a spot on the all-tournament team.

FOR THE COMET MEN

• Senior Jack Gohlke was 10th and freshman Kory Nurse placed 15th.

UP NEXT

• The Comets will find out on February 19 at 6 p.m. if they qualify for the section tournament.
