Bio
An outstanding member of the track team in discus throwing and
shotput competition; a never defeated member of the wrestling team;
a member of the 1906 MIAA Championship football team and captain of
both the basketball and football teams and president of the
Athletic Association. He is an award-winning farmer, and pioneer in
Michigan soil conversation. He is married to Grace Scott,
‘08. He has served Olivet College as National Chairman of the
Olivet College Endowment Fund and as National President of the
Olivet Alumni Association.
