Cross country teams end season at NCAA Regional
The Olivet College men’s and women’s cross country teams ended their season today by competing at the 2016 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet, hosted the championships and at the West Ottawa Golf Course in Holland.

HOLLAND, Mich. – The Olivet College men's and women's cross country teams ended their season today by competing at the 2016 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet, hosted the championships and at the West Ottawa Golf Course in Holland.
THE BASICS

FOR THE COMET MEN (8K RUN)
- The Comet men had 639 points to finish in 23rd-place out of 36 schools.
- Junior Bruce Baker placed 37th of 249 runners with a time of 25:48.4.
- Senior Connor Bauserman was 71st with a time of 26:21.8.
- Senior Blake Wilson finished in a season-best time of 27:40.5.
FOR THE COMET WOMEN (6K RUN)
- The Olivet women recorded 776 points to place 27th of 31 schools.
- Senior Allyson Schultz finished in 60th-place of 232 runners with a season-best time of 23:26.5.
- Junior Nicole Zerfas was next with a time of 25:18.9.
- Senior Brianna Wiles completed the race in a career-best time of 25:45.1.
