Bio

Mike Loveless is in his second consecutive year as an assistant varsity women's volleyball coach at The University of Olivet. Loveless was also the assistant varsity women's volleyball coach at Olivet from 2006-11. While on staff at Olivet, Loveless worked at State Farm Insurance and finished a 40-year career in 2019. He is now employed by Marshall Public Schools.

Loveless brings over 35 years of volleyball coaching knowledge to the University. He has coached all levels from seventh grade all the way to the head varsity coach for Marshall Public Schools. He has also coached several club teams in his tenure. During his first tour at Olivet, he was instrumental in assisting the 2010 team to one of the best records in school history at the time with a 12-15 mark and the highest ever ranking in the conference.

Loveless resides in Marshall with his wife Gina. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
