GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Olivet College volleyball team fell in three sets, 25-12, 25-8 and 25-14, to Calvin College tonight at Van Noord Arena in Grand Rapids. The Knights entered the match ranked No. 5 in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 poll.
Sophomore Cassie Brown led the Comets' front row attack with six kills. She had no errors on 11 attempts for a .545 attack percentage. Senior Stefanie Lang finished with five kills. Senior Taylor Pringle recorded 11 set assists. Freshman Courtney Cronkright recorded a team-high six digs.
Olivet travels to play Kalamazoo College Friday evening at 7 p.m.
