Volleyball team loses twice at DePauw Invitational
The Olivet College volleyball team loses two matches at the DePauw University Invitational this evening in Greencastle, Ind. The Comets started the night with a five-set loss to Marietta (Ohio) College and then was swept in three sets to the host Tigers.

GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Olivet College volleyball team loses two matches at the DePauw University Invitational this evening in Greencastle, Ind. The Comets started the night with a five-set loss to Marietta (Ohio) College and then was swept in three sets to the host Tigers.
Marietta and Olivet split the first four sets. The Comets won the first and third sets by identical 25-21 scores, while the Pioneers won the second (25-20) and fourth (25-22) sets before pulling out a 15-6 win in the fifth and deciding set. DePauw won the first set, 25-18, before pulling out the next two sets by the minimum two points, 27-25 and 32-30.
The Comets will continue action tomorrow at DePauw, playing Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.) at noon and Concordia University Chicago at approximately 2 p.m.
