Women’s indoor track & field team participates in SVSU Tune-Up
UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – The Olivet College women’s indoor track and field teams competed today at the Saginaw Valley State University Tune-Up inside the SVSU Fieldhouse.

UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – The Olivet College women's indoor track and field teams competed today at the Saginaw Valley State University Tune-Up inside the SVSU Fieldhouse.
- Senior Gabby Jolliff tied for first-place in the pole vault, as she got over the bar at a personal-best mark of 3.30 meters.
- Sophomore London Eldridge finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles (10.11). During the preliminaries, she ran a season-best time of 9.91 seconds.
- Sophomore Berniah Alexander was fourth in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 11.42 meters.
- Other personal-best performances were:
- Eldridge in the 400-meter run (1:01.63)
- Junior Ashley Santo in the weight throw (13.32 meters)
- Junior Allyson Stevens in the 200-meter dash (30.61)
- Junior Tonya Tepin in the 200-meter dash (29.78) and 600-meter run (1:50.36)
- Season-best performances were:
- Senior Alex DeVault in the 60-meter dash (8.89) and 200-meter dash (29.99)
- Freshman Sarah Grove in the mile run (5:45.75)
- Freshman Michaela Nichols in the 60-meter dash (9.06) and 400-meter run (1:16.44)
- Freshman Nadia Tijerina in the 600-meter run (2:07.99)
- Olivet is back in action next Saturday, February 25, at the 2023 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships. Trine (Ind.) University is the host school. Field events start at 11 a.m., followed by running events at 12:30 p.m.
