School record in DMR leads women’s indoor track and field team at Jack Skoog Open
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – A school-record performance in the distance medley relay was the top performance for the Olivet College women’s indoor track and field team today at Central Michigan University / Jack Skoog Open.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – A school-record performance in the distance medley relay was the top performance for the Olivet College women's indoor track and field team today at Central Michigan University / Jack Skoog Open.
- The distance medley relay team of freshman Sarah Grove, sophomore Abbey Peters, junior Allyson Stevens and junior Tonya Tepin was second with the school-record time of 13:34.87. The previous record was 13:44.16. This same quartet broke the school record last week in the 4x800-meter relay.
- Sophomore London Eldridge had a season best with a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (10.34).
- Sophomore Emily Norkowski achieved a personal best time of 28.53 seconds with a fourth-place performance in the 200-meter dash.
- Senior Gabby Jolliff had an indoor personal-best mark of 3.20 meters in the pole vault to finish in second-place.
- Junior Ashley Santo posted a personal-best mark of 11.57 meters in the weight throw.
- Sophomore Berniah Alexander had a personal-best mark of 10.39 meters in the shot put.
- The Comets compete next Saturday, January 28, at the Wittenberg (Ohio) University Steemer Showcase.
