Indoor track & field teams participate in Hillsdale Tune-Up
The Olivet College men’s and women’s track & field teams competed today at the Hillsdale College Tune-Up, held inside the Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center in Hillsdale.

HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Olivet College men's and women's track & field teams competed today at the Hillsdale College Tune-Up, held inside the Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center in Hillsdale.
FOR THE MEN
- Senior Connor Bauserman finished second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.24, which currently ranks ninth on the NCAA Division III Performance list.
FOR THE WOMEN
- Sophomore Kimberly Barber broke the school record in the triple jump, leaping 34 feet and four inches. She also placed fourth in the long jump (17 feet, 1/2 inch) and fifth in the 60-meter dash (8.23 seconds).
- Junior Isabelle Leon was fourth in the mile run at 5:30.67.
UP NEXT
- Olivet travels to Grand Rapids for the 2017 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships at Calvin College's Huizenga Tennis & Track Center. Field events start at 9:30 a.m., followed by running events at 1:15 p.m.
