BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – The Olivet College women's tennis was shutout by Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) rival Trine (Ind.) University, 9-0, this morning at Harper Creek High School in Battle Creek.

- The Thunder won the three doubles pro-sets and claimed straight set wins in each of the six singles flights.
- The No. 3 doubles duo of sophomore Emily Foulk and junior Sydnie Weller lost close 8-4 pro-set.
- Playing in her final home match, senior Rae Claramunt fell 6-3, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.
- Foulk suffered a 6-3, 6-2 loss at No. 4 singles.
- Olivet plays its final four matches on the road, beginning Wednesday with a 4 p.m. match at Kalamazoo College.
