Women’s soccer: Vanderhoff named MIAA Offensive Player of the Week
Olivet College junior midfielder Lauren Vanderhoff has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Offensive Player of the Week for women’s soccer.

FREELAND, Mich. – Olivet College junior midfielder Lauren Vanderhoff has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Offensive Player of the Week for women's soccer.
Vanderhoff scored the game-winning goal in the Comets' 2-1 win over Trine (Ind.) University Oct. 25 at the Cutler Athletic Complex. Earlier in the week, she had a team-high four shots in Olivet's 3-0 loss to Alma College Oct. 22. For the season, Vanderhoff is one of four players to start every game. She is tied for fourth on the team with seven points (three goals and one assist).
Olivet travels to play Saint Mary's (Ind.) College tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m.
