MARSHALL, Mich. – The Olivet College women's golf team stands second of 12 schools after the first round of the 2019 Kyle Campbell Memorial Tournament, played on the Comets' home course, The Medalist Golf Club in Marshall.

Par / Yardage: 72 / 5,834 yards
- The Comets carded a 324 team score and are only two strokes behind Saint Mary's (Ind.) College.
- Hunter Kehoe from Saint Mary's is the individual leader with a two-over par 74.
- Senior Nicole Deweyert sits fifth in the player standings with a 78. Her round included three birdies.
- Senior Taylor Elley shot an 80 and is part of a tie for seventh-place.
- Junior Crystal Lettinga completed her round in 82 strokes to share ninth-place with three other golfers.
- Freshman Aynslee Myer posted a career-best 84.
- Sophomore Erin Taylor rounded out Olivet's lineup with a 90.
- Tomorrow's second round gets started at 8:30 a.m.
