The Olivet College women’s golf team was fourth in the final round of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) NCAA Playoff, hosted by Saint Mary’s (Ind.) College and played at the Knollwood Country Club in Granger, Indiana.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets had a 377 team score to finish two strokes behind third-place Alma College. The host Belles took first-place with a 327. Hope College was the runner-up at 364.
FOR THE COMETS
- Sophomore Nicole Deweyert led Olivet with an 88 to place fifth in the player standings.
- Sophomore Taylor Elley shot a 92.
- Junior Hayley Cooper was next at 95.
- Freshman Crystal Lettinga carded a 102.
