RIVER FOREST, Ill. – The Olivet College men's volleyball team dropped a three-set decision to Dominican University this afternoon at the Igini Sports Forum in River Forest, Illinois.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets led 5-4 in the first set before the Stars went on 7-0 run to gain an 11-5 lead. The teams exchanged points to make the score 12-6. Dominican scored five straight to go up 17-6 and take control of the set.
- The second set was tied at 1-1, 2-2 and 3-3. The Stars scored the next point and never relinquished the lead for the rest of the set.
- Dominican led the third set from wire-to-wire.
FOR THE COMETS
- Freshman Trent Robinson had nine kills and two blocks.
- Senior Luke DeWitt finished with four kills.
- Freshman Mathew Caamal recorded a team-best 17 set assists.
- Freshman Zach Pringle collected a team-high four digs.
FOR THE STARS
- Zach Sinn and Adam Janusz each registered 10 kills. Sinn had zero attack errors on 12 attempts for a .833 hitting percentage, while Janusz had one error on 12 swings for a .750 attack percentage.
- Evan Ruffner dished out 23 set assists.
- Jeremy Parker posted a match-high 11 digs.
