The Olivet College men’s soccer team was shutout by the host Titans, 6-0, tonight in its season-opener at the 26th Annual University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Valley Cup Invitational in Oshkosh, Wis.

OSHKOSH, Wis. -- The Olivet College men's soccer team was shutout by the host Titans, 6-0, tonight at the 26th Annual University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Valley Cup Invitational in Oshkosh, Wis. The game was the season-opener for Olivet.
Oshkosh scored five goals in the first half and added to their lead with a goal in the 10th minute of the second half. For the game, the Comets were limited to seven shots, including four for sophomore Matt Garza (Saline). In goal, senior Ethan Felsing (Mason) played the first half, facing 16 shots and making six shots. Sophomore Sam Cusmano (Haslett) was the keeper in the second half and made four saves on 12 shots.
"I am disappointed the score," said Head Coach Chad Wiseman. "We were outplayed in every aspect of the game, including coaching. The good thing is we get to play tomorrow."
Olivet will play Marian (Wis.) University tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. CT.
