HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets finished with a two-day total of 642 (317-325) strokes to tie Fontbonne (Mo.) University.
- Parkland (Ill.) College overcame a three-hole deficit to win the tournament title by five strokes with a 573 (286-287).
- Kalamazoo College's Travis Veenhuis claimed the individual medalist with a 134 (65-69).
FOR THE COMETS
- Freshman Nicholas Hoffman posted a two-round total of 149 (72-77) strokes.
- Senior Tanor Blowers was next at 153 (75-78).
- Freshman Cameron Lemon carded a 162 (82-80).
- Sophomore Zach Sturgill rounded out Olivet's lineup with a 181 (91-90).
- Senior Sam Knoechel had a two-day total of 187 (88-99) strokes.
