- The Spartans scored three runs in the first inning on a solo home run and a two-run homer.
- The Comets pushed across their first run in the top half of the third inning on an RBI-single by freshman Isaac Moore.
- Manchester answered with four runs in its half of the third.
- Olivet got one run back in the fourth inning.
- The Spartans closed the scoring with two runs in the sixth and seventh innings, and one run in the eighth inning.
- Olivet matched Manchester with 13 base hits.
- Junior Gabriel Kirck went 3-for-4 with three singles.
- Moore and senior Sylas Woll each had two hits.
- Sophomore Niko Ponos was the losing pitcher, as he gave up seven earned runs on six hits over the first three innings.
- From the leadoff spot in the lineup, Aidan Stevens tallied two hits (one home run and a single) and drove in three runs.
- Jared Holley was 3-for-5 with a double and two singles, while collecting three RBI.
- Rocco Hanes and Harrison Pittsford registered two hits apiece.
- Carter Hooks earned the pitching win. He allowed two unearned runs on nine hits, while striking out six over seven innings.
- Olivet plays five games in four days March 11-14 at the March Madness II at USA Stadium in Millington, Tennessee. The Comets' first game March 11 is against Illinois Wesleyan University, with first pitch slated for 11 a.m.
