Seventy-nine student-athletes named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll

OLIVET, Mich. – Seventy-nine Olivet College student-athletes have been named to the 2010-11 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) honor roll. To be named to the honor, the student must have posted a 3.5 grade point average for the entire academic year and been a varsity letterwinner in his/her sport.

The list includes nine Olivet student-athletes who have earned this honor four consecutive years. These students are soccer players Megan Colby (Sparta/Cedar Springs), Ethan Felsing (Mason), Matt Jenca (Lansing/Holt) and Clay Robinson (Marshall), swimmers Kellen Beckwith (Farmington Hills/North Farmington) and Mike Harden (St. Johns), golfer Amber Conrad (Battle Creek/Harper Creek), softball player Katie Harper (Vassar) and volleyball player Ellen Schulz (Freeland).
