Bio

As a student athlete at Olivet College you were a four-year letterwinner in both football and baseball. Your skill, discipline and athletic ability provided the basis for your outstanding career on the field and in the classroom.

As a starter defensive back in football, you held Olivet College records for the most pass interceptions in a game, a season and in a career. You also recorded the most pass interceptions returned for touchdowns. In 1980, you were third in the nation for NCAA Division III interceptions. You were selected MIAA defensive player of the week several times and named by your peers as the Most Valuable Player in 1980.

On the baseball diamond you played second base and were All-MIAA during your junior and senior year and a menber of the 1981 championship baseball team.

You graduated in 1981 with a double major in Physical Education and Speech Communications and presently are regional sales manager with the Ohio Connection Trucking Company. You are a member of the Phi Alpha Pi fraternity.

It is with great pride that we formally induct you into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame on this twenty-second day of September 2001.
